CLSU Alumnus Lands Top 9 Master Plumber Licensure Exam


An alumnus from CLSU-College of Engineering emerged as a topnotcher in the recent Master Plumber Licensure Examination held on February 15-16, 2022, administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

Engr. Jahashael Lumibao Reyes who hails from Bongabon, Nueva Ecija landed a ninth place in the said examination with a rating of 82.80 percent. He is among the six CLSU graduates who passed the examination giving the university an overall performance rating of 46.15 percent.

Meanwhile, on the national level, a total of 776 out of 1,244 examinees passed the aforesaid licensure examination.

The Master Plumber Licensure Examination is a non-compulsory test for Architect, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Mining Engineering who specialize in designing water lines, sanitary lines, and storm drainage lines of a building. It also includes consultations, preparations of plans, estimates, installation, and supervision of plumbing work.
