The 41st Regular Meeting of the board of directors and other officers of the CLSUAAI and CAFI was held at the Rice Processing (RPC) at Tebag, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan last February 25-26, 2012.

Before the meeting proper, a short program was held. The group was warmly welcomed by the host, Dir. Crispulo G. Bautista, Jr. (BSAEn ’80) Regional Technical Director, Department of Agriculture, Regional Field Unit - 1.

At 10:00 AM, the meeting ensued and among the agenda taken up were the confirmation of the alumni awardees, selection of guest of honor and speaker for the homecoming, grand opening of the alumni hostel and plans and programs for the homecoming.

A brainstorming of the Joint Eight-Year Development Plans and Programs of the CLSUAAI/CAFI-2012 - 2020 was conducted with Engr. Genaro M. Tolentino, Plans and Programs director, presiding.

The group proceeded to Ni Baleo Resort in San Fabian, Pangasinan where they held their socials from 7:30 - 11:30 PM.

The outline of the said Eight-Year Development Plans and Programs was presented by Dir. Tolentino during the March 17, 2012 BOD meeting held at the Alumni Center.
