A lumni and friends, students and visitors from all over the country will be together in the opening salvo of the 2002 Grand Alumni Homecoming in February 8 and 9. This year's homecoming will mark the start of the five-year count down before the celebration of CLSU's Centennial Year in Year 2007.
Several activities have been lined up to enliven and make this year's alumni homecoming memorable to each and everyone. In the morning of February 8, alumni, friends and guest will be toured in the campus and in the evening, at 7 o' clock, an all-night stand Alumni Ball will be held. This year's alumni achievement and service awardees will be honored that same evening.
Another activity, the first to be held is the Search for Miss CLSU Alumni 2002, the representation of candidates of which is by province/region.
The next day February 9, the alumni grouped by province/region will parade around the campus after which, the CLSUAA Inc. Business Meeting and Fellowship will take place.
This year's homecoming is hosted by CLSU's College of Agriculture alumni subchapter
headed by its Dean, Dr. Danilo T. Eligio (HS '61, BSA '67)
