The University Science High School Class ’83 held their Alumni Homecoming last December 6, 2008. The Homecoming started with the registration of participants with Mr. Jaz G. Requito and Ms. Dodak V. Villaroman as facilitators. Thanksgiving services followed at the RET Cafeteria.

During the program, Mr. Imo M. Mendoza gave his welcome remarks while Prof. Carol Mones-Muncal spearheaded the presentation of alumni, mentors and guests.

Highlights of the said affair included messages from the USHS faculty, video presentation (the Journey Home, High School Life. Tribute to Doors of Destiny, Life After High School, Of Better Halves and Families, Chips Off the Old Blocks, Pulling the Ties that Bind, The Transformation, Requiem to a Leader), games and slide show.

As a sign of gratitude to their Alma Mater, the alumni donated Php40,000, LCD projector and four units of electric fan. These were handed to Prof. Maria Linda R. Abella, representing USHS. Dr. Liberty Mananguit-Azul served as the over-all coordinator.
