CLSU alumni in the country, abroad pledge support to ensure successful celebration of University Centenary

The University Administration and the CLSU Alumni Association, Inc. are leaving no stone unturned to elicit the active involvement of the CLSU alumni for the forthcoming celebration of the University's Centenary on April 12, 2007 to ensure that it will really become a momentous occasion.

Dr. Rodolfo C. Undan, CLSU President, and other University and CLSUAAI officials have been working in concert to reach the alumni from the country and abroad. In the past few months, they have been such countries as Thailand, Nepal and Brunei. This is apart from the constant communication President Undan has been having with a good number of alumni who are presently based in the USA, Canada and some other countries.

Said international alumni have pledged and or given not only their commitments and assurance that they are coming home to take part in the Centenary activities and celebrations.

Likewise, President Undan and the CLSUAAI officers have been keeping in touch with alumni and friends from state colleges and universities and various institutions in the country for the same purpose.

Dr. Undan is optimistic that the University will be able to reach its goal of raising a P100M Centennial Fund to support various notable projects and programs that will serve as `Centennial monuments' that will be of benefit to the present and future constituents and clientele of the University.
