Two groups submitted their price quotations for the Roofing of the Alumni Guestel :
  • 1. DN Steel Marketing Inc. - P650,000.00
  • 2. Design 360 - P580,000.00

    Sept. 29 (Tuesday)
The two groups submitted their final detailed price quotations:
  • 1. DN Steel Marketing Inc. - P680,000.00
  • 2. Design 360 - P580,000.00
 Dr. Eliseo L. Ruiz and myself evaluated judiciously the contents (items and prices) of their quotation. It was concluded that the quotation of DN Steel Marketing, Inc. was more complete with reasonable/justifiable quotation for labor (P100,000.00); while Design 360 quoted a lumpsum quotation of the expenses (P580,000.00) inclusive of the labor (P30,000.00); hence, we decided to award the work contract to DN Marketing, Inc.
 After signing the contract with DN Marketing, Inc., (c/o Engr. Ricky and Rolando Curacha), we paid the down payment amounting to P325,000.00 per contract in form of Manager’s cheque.
