Dr. dela Rosa named Outstanding Veterinary Practitioner in the Academe

Dr. Jesus dela Rosa, dean of the College of Veterinary Science and Medicine, was awarded recently as Outstanding Veterinary Practitioner in the Academe during the Veterinary Practitioner's Association of the Philippines (VPAP) Scientific Conference.

A plaque of recognition and a cash incentive was given to Dean dela Rosa in Recognition of his dedication to his profession and for contributing to the advancement of veterinary medicine in all his 27 years of service in the academe.

As dean for the past eight years (1998 to present), he has been effectively and successfully steering the wheels of the CVSM as starkly evidenced, among others, by the high quality of its graduates, a good number of whom had landed in top places in the veterinary board examination.
